a series of wall sculptures that inhabit the border space between here and the other side, an invisible realm extending beyond our own.
these mirrors, once discarded and forgotten about, were meticulously chipped and shaped, carefully preserving the delicate balance between fragility and resilience. each of these fragments is adorned with chrome letters, shapes and symbols typically associated with transportation. the objects themselves have become vehicles in their own way. portals, interfaces of mysterious devices or the visible part of a machine protruding out of some invisible dimension.
when these objects hang on a wall, they seem to float. they can be hung in tight knit constellations, with large spaces in between them or individually.
